Job Description

Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities to meet schedules and quality targets.

Oversee assembly and manufacturing of industrial 3D printers and related components.

Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and stores teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Prepare and maintain production plans, work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.

Monitor material availability, BOM usage, and production inventory.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and manufacturing best practices.

Identify production issues, bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support installation, testing, and final inspection of machines before dispatch.

Assist in process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Supervise technicians and shop-floor staff to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain production records, daily reports, and MIS for management review.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for outsourced manufacturing activities.

Support R&D and pilot production for new product development.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.73 - ₹20,000.96 per month

License/Certification:

AutoCAD Certification (Required)
Work Location: In person
