Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production activities to meet output and quality goals
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor production performance and resolve process-related issues
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Coordinate with design, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
Implement continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance and downtime
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
