Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily production activities
Achieve production targets with required quality standards
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
Improve processes to reduce downtime and increase productivity
Maintain production reports and documentation
Monitor machines and support troubleshooting
Follow safety and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes
Ability to read engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen (preferred)
Good communication and computer skills
