Job Description

Key Responsibilities o Assist in overseeing and executing daily production activities to meet quality

and delivery standards.

Coordinate labor, materials, and machinery to achieve efficient workflow and reduce wastage.
Support the development and monitoring of production schedules and ensure adherence to
timelines.

Maintain quality assurance practices and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Identify and resolve production-related issues, machine faults, or process deviations.
Analyze production data to recommend improvements and support cost-saving initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies o Strong technical knowledge of production processes (preferably

mechanical or industrial equipment manufacturing)

Effective communication and teamwork skills
Good planning and organizational abilities
Knowledge of resource and inventory management
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
