Required Experience

2-5 years - Medical Device Industry preferred

Required Skills

1) Effective communication 2) problem solving abilities 3) Teamwork technical knowledge 4) knowledge of MS office (word excel Power Point) including basic commands 5) ISO Documentation

Key Responsibilities:
1)Prepare Production Documentation such as Bill of material, Standard operating procedure,
work instruction, formats etc.
2)Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work
instruction.
3)Co-ordinate with R & D Electronics & Mechanical Regarding existing product bom,
drawing correction.
4)Update Bill of material ,Standard operating procedure, work instruction, formats etc and
review from production supervisor/production team and take approval of d & d and give to
regulatory department for release.
5) Correction, Preparation, Verification of ERP bom and handover to ERP team.
6)Process study and improvement suggestion related to process.
7) Effectively implementation of process to maintaining product quality, safety and
productivity of product.
8)External Calibration of Instrument and Equipment and maintain master list updated with re-
calibration schedule.
9) Internal Calibration/Verification of Instrument and Equipment and maintain master list
updated with Calibration/Verification schedule.
10)All internal department documentation verification and preparation periodically.
11) jig, fixture and automation designing, preparation, implementation and documentation.
12) ESU/Endoscopic internal department manufacturing process rework and rejection
analysis report preparation and submit to production manager.
