Job Title: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in daily production activities and ensure targets are met.

? Monitor production lines and optimize manpower allocation.

? Support in maintenance planning for machines and moulds.

? Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

? Prepare and maintain production reports and shift schedules.

? Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

? Support planning for raw materials and resources.

? Assist in ensuring workplace safety and 5S implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

? Understanding of injection moulding / plastic component manufacturing preferred.

? Basic knowledge of production planning tools and techniques.

? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally preferred.

? Work Location: Plot no K-171, MIDC Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar

? Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Weekly Off: Sunday
