Plan and allocate operators in SAP as per shift schedules.
Check and acknowledge issued hoses in SAP; highlight shortages.
Generate SAP requests for consumables, stationery, and machine spare parts; ensure daily issuance/clearance.
Ensure machines run as per the production plan.
Support process optimization using Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with planners for production schedules aligned with capacity and demand.
Work with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and issue resolution.
Assist quality teams in maintaining standards, inspections, and corrective actions.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with process setup and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams.
Monitor safety compliance and promote safe work practices.
Analyze production data, track KPIs, and prepare reports.
Allocate manpower effectively to optimize workforce utilization.
