About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented

Production Engineer

with experience in the Formwork / Scaffolding / Construction Equipment Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets Ensure timely manufacturing of formwork components Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues Implement process improvements to enhance output and reduce downtime Maintain production records, reports, and documentation Monitor manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety protocols Oversee machine performance and preventive maintenance schedules Ensure product quality as per drawings, standards, and customer requirements Support new product development and prototype manufacturing Manage raw material consumption and reduce wastage

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field 2-5 years of experience in Formwork, Scaffolding, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering Manufacturing

Skills Required

Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, and material handling Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
