Job Description

A Production Engineer in the tube fitting industry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire manufacturing process of tube fittings. They ensure production targets are met efficiently, maintaining product quality and safety standards while minimizing waste and costs.

Work Experience of 0-2 years preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify production items against purchase orders for quality and quantity. Implement 5S Manage and supervise production & Assembly to ensure outputs meet quality standards and client specifications. Analyze production workflows and identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and resources. Monitor machinery and equipment usage, coordinating with maintenance to maximize uptime and avoid production delays. Preparing Production reports & status as per ISO 9001 Troubleshoot production issues, provide technical guidance to production staff, and train workers on best practices.
Qualifications:

Diploma / bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline preferred. ITI fitter with Experience can also apply Experience or knowledge related to tube fitting manufacturing processes is advantageous. Strong understanding of production engineering principles, process optimization, and quality assurance.
Skills:

Basic Knowledge of Measuring Equipment, CNC Machines, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inventory lists. Computer literacy for Preparing Production reports, Status updating and record keeping. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
