Job Description

A Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire manufacturing process of tube fittings. They ensure production targets are met efficiently, maintaining product quality and safety standards while minimizing waste and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify production against purchase orders for quality and quantity. Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of mechanical items using organized methods such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out). Implement of 5S Manage and supervise tube fitting production processes to ensure outputs meet quality standards and client specifications. Analyze production workflows and identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and resources. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate procurement and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering, ITI certification Mechanical [fitter] Should have Good Knowledge of Measuring Instruments Basic Knowledge of CNC Lathe Machines, equipment, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inventory lists. Good Computer literacy for record keeping & reporting as per ISO 9001 Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?260,000.00 per year
