Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for production, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.

Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee production projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Production Scheduling:

Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and on-time delivery of products.

Manpower Handling:

Supervise and manage production personnel, ensuring effective staffing, training, and performance evaluation to meet production targets.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control measures, ensuring all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Collaboration:

Work closely with design, procurement, store, and quality assurance teams to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.

Equipment Maintenance:

Monitor and assess the performance of fabrication equipment, coordinating maintenance and upgrades as necessary.

Safety Compliance:

Promote and enforce safety standards and practices within the fabrication shop to ensure a safe working environment.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production processes, modifications, and results, generating reports as required.
