Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Production Engineer

to oversee and improve our manufacturing processes. The role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of production to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and performance data. Support new product development and process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement preventive measures. Assist in training operators and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Able to understand tender & prepare BOM.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and lean manufacturing. Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and tools. Good understanding of quality control standards and ISO systems. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and production tracking tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Experience in AutoCAD, Solid Works.

Preferred Experience (if applicable):

Experience in

fabrication / machining / automotive / heavy engineering

industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
