Job Description

:

1. Assembly of Electrical /Mechanical Components and testing - Responsible for assembly of electrical/Mechanical components for all cranes as per target. Monitor output and take necessary actions to avoid delay at customer end.


2. Coordination with other Department - Need to coordinate with other department for smooth functioning and alignment including availability of all resources.


3.Managment of Manpower of Assembly Line: Utilization of the resource provided for the electrical and mechanical parts inside Assembly and Paint line efficiently.


4. Coordination with Global Team - To resolve issues related with the new product, technical issues, customer complaints, SAP as and when required


5. New supplier development - Responsible for new supplier development of electrical components and cost reduction projects.

Coordinate with CC for after sales service. Proactive Approach Good Interaction and rapport with Customers

Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job:

Experience and knowledge of electrical engineering

Working Conditions :

Capable for development of new vendors and supplier

Good communication and negotiation skills Should have good knowledge of computers - SAP Electrical knowledge on machinery and parts Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written Motivational, positive attitude, customer and results oriented Good team player
