A leading solar manufacturing company based in Velu (near Khedshivapur, Pune)
is looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join the team.
Position: Production Supervison
Location: Velu, near Khedshivapur, Pune
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage shop-floor activities in solar manufacturing.
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets.
Ensure adherence to production quality, timelines, and safety standards.
Coordinate with teams to streamline production processes.
Lead and motivate workforce to achieve operational efficiency.
Requirements:Diploma/BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic production processes.
Strong leadership qualities with good communication and team-management skills.
