Academic Qualification : Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Production engineering

Experience : 3 to 5 yrs in the same feild

Responsibilities :

Checking Reviewing Latest Revised Pid / Layout/ Planned Docs. Of Projects As Per Pid & Layout Checking Bom (Fittings/Major Components/Frams/Ss Piping) . Coordinating With Design-If There Are Some Issues Of Major Components As Per Dispatch Shedule Po/Jc Creation In Sap With Respect To Planned Piping Drawing (Reference) /Taking Prints/Submitting To Store Interactions With Planning & Stores For Materials Status / Availability To Ensure Timely Project Completion Work Allocation To Respective Technician Preparing Dispatch List & Send It To Logistic Complete Tallies Requirements For Projects Materials Addition / Deletion In Po/Jc In Sap To Be Done During Production Create Follow / Ensure Production Schedule ,Project Check List ,Project Tracker To Do Plant In process Inspection Do As Made Piping Drawing & Corrections Daily Project/Tech. Work Update In Dpr To Handle Plant Internal / External Inspections / Fats With Service And Mom To Be Signed Once Sfg Work Is Done All Balance /Unwanted Materials (If Any) To Be Given Back To Stores Components Details Of Installed Components Is Checked. Coordinate With Logistics For Dispatch. Preparing Loose/Onsite Material List For Dispatched Proper Cleaning / Details Noted, Before Dispatch With Respect To Number Of Boxes In Details On Hard Copy And Soft Copy & Plant Photography Ensuring & Completing Projects & Production Documents Are In Line To ISO Requirements. Maintain Pert Activity (Production Lead Time) All Pdn Docs / Records To Be Made / Kept In Soft Copy As Project Wise Before Project Dispatch Ensuring Shortages Are Inline With Store(Also Signing Shortages At The Time Of Dispatch/Closure) Project Specific Sap Transactions(Changes From Store/Order Confirmation) Reviewing Maintenance Register & Forwarding To Production Manager ,Review Maintenance Of Factory Machinery Listing Factory Consumable Material Which Are Required On Production Floor ISO Audit Work & Documentation
