Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Production Engineer

with strong experience in

automation and mechanical systems

to oversee and manage the production process, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality output. The role involves planning, monitoring, and optimizing production activities in a fast-paced automation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet targets. Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper functioning of automation systems and mechanical equipment. Work on process improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity. Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations. Maintain documentation and production reports. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies. Train and guide production staff on best practices and machinery handling.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and automation processes. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using CAD software. Familiarity with CNC machines, robotics, and automated assembly lines. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and process improvement techniques.

Eligibility:

Male candidate preferred. B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in production (automation/mechanical field).
