Production Engineer - Engineering & Fabrication (Defence & Elevator Projects)

We are seeking a highly experienced

Production Engineer

for our engineering manufacturing unit involved in

Defence, Fabrication, and Elevator projects

. The ideal candidate should have

7-10 years of hands-on experience

in production operations within engineering manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.

Lead and manage a team of approximately

50 shop-floor personnel

, ensuring high productivity and discipline.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and customer requirements, especially for

Defence and Elevator projects

.

Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Maintain production reports and track performance metrics.

Proactively resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Proven experience in

fabrication and engineering manufacturing

, preferably in

Defence-related or industrial elevator projects

.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to

relocate to our Wada factory location

.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
