We are a 55-years old company in the manufacturing and distribution of clamps for Auto and non-auto companies in India and overseas. We also have a strong presence in distribution channels all over India

Ensure adherence to production plan. In case of deviation from targets (Production quantity and Quality) Report the same, analyse causes, identify corrective and preventive actions, Implement after approvals from the reporting manager.

Understand all the processes related to the production and identify gaps, bottlenecks and stoppages. Classify them into categories based on the severity.

Control on Tools, Tool parts consumption and inventory

Analyse the reasons for Rejection and develop methods to use rejected material by reworking wherever feasible.

Ensuring availability of all prerequisites 36hrs prior as per rolling plan

Overall responsibility of Productivity, Quality Improvement and cost reduction projects (PPP, PPM, Lean Manufacturing etc.).

Implementation of 1S and 2S

Identify, facilitate and deployment of improvement project, take lead up to Production (Pilot Lot) and ensure it meets the specifications and targets and handover to production

Ensure adherence to all Policies and Processes. Ensure support to all colleagues as and when necessary.

Make positive contribution for maintaining healthy, Safe, Neat & Tidy workplace.

Ensure utilization of all resources (man, machine and material) effectively to give optimum output.

Generate and submit accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

Complete the tasks assigned by the Top Management whenever required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
