We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and quality standards. Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance, to resolve production issues and drive process improvements. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and customer demand. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Prepare reports and documentation related to production activities, performance metrics, and quality control.

Qualifications:

Btech/BE Mechanical Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles. Good communication, and interpersonal skills. Good Email Drafting skills Good Knowledge of MS Office
