As a Production Engineer at Pentanen Engineering Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fabrication processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the production activities, optimizing processes, and maintaining quality standards to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

:

Manage and oversee the production processes within the fabrication facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and optimal utilization of resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and quality control to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize output. Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their roles effectively. Prepare reports and analysis on production performance, identifying key metrics and trends to inform decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the fabrication industry. Strong understanding of fabrication processes, equipment, and materials. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards applicable to the fabrication industry.
