Working Days- Mon- Sat

Working Time- 10 to 7

Experience- Min 2 years (Hands on Experience of Sheet Metal/AutoCad)

Education- Diploma In Mechanical / Engineering

Preferred Industry:

Retail Fixture Display Furniture

Job Purpose:

A production engineer for sheet metal is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes related to sheet metal fabrication. Their primary role is to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

Detailed :

The production engineer develops and improves manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication. This involves analyzing product designs, identifying the most suitable manufacturing methods, and creating detailed process plans.

Make BOM as per BOQ & Drawing Received.

They focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.

The production engineer develops production schedules, considering factors like material availability, labor capacity, and customer demand.

They coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.

Implement measures to identify and resolve quality issues.

The production engineer maintains documentation related to processes, equipment, and quality control

Software/Hardware/Equipment's Requirements:

AutoCAD /MS Office/Excel/Vernier/manufacturing measuring tools

Qualification:

Diploma/ BE - Mechanical/MBA

Experience:

1-2Years in Relevant field

Skills & Knowledge:

Must be able to understand an interpretation of technical drawing of project.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Auto CAD. (to check DXF & Basic Dimension to verify product it needed)

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (to work with internal contractor get the work done with quality & quantity)

should have knowledge of Bending, Punching & Laser cutting machine.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
