Job Title :- Shift Supervisor / Production Engineer

Qualification : BE or Diploma ( Mechanical) with Min 5 Years Experience

Responsible for ensuring the over all smooth functioning in the work place

Key Responsibilities

Manpower Utilization & Reports Monitoring of Machine Wise production Rejection Report per Day Study 4MT & Achieve Production 90 to 95 % Identify operator Training needs. Tool life Monitoring daily report for tool cost Follow 1S & 2S Dispatch & Store paper work ( With assistant) Implementation of cost reduction ideas Planning of Preventive maintenance for machine. Management by walking around Manufacturing cost monitoring reports daily weekly & monthly Continuous Improvements / Kaizens / 5S Any other work assigned or delegated by the management. Team building. Follow safety & Environmental norms Daily JH activity to be completed at Ist Shift and monitoring
