Job Description

: -

• Collaborate with production managers and planners to create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources.
• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Should have knowledge of IATF & EHS documentations.
• Update and review the skill Matrix for Production team.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that vehicles meet or exceed industry and company standards.
• Continuously analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that production machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the production floor.
• Conduct safety training and other related and awareness programs for production staff.
• to ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
• Collect and analyse production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on production output, efficiency, quality, and other relevant metrics.
• Manpower Handling

Candidate requirements:-

• Qualification - B Tech in Mechanical.
• Minimum 2 Years experience in Automobile Manufacturing Production.
• Ability to handle the Blue collars and operators team.
• Ability to give training and its effectiveness check.
• Ability to Supervise and Lead the team of 200 people.
• Leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
