Production Engineer - Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production activities to meet output and quality targets Supervise shop floor operations (CNC machining, fabrication, assembly) Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Monitor production processes and minimize downtime Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement practices Ensure adherence to safety and SOPs

Key Skills:

Strong shop floor and production process knowledge Experience in CNC machining / fabrication / automotive components Ability to read mechanical drawings Basic knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving ERP / MS Excel knowledge preferred

Candidate Profile:

Hands-on, result-oriented, and proactive Good communication and team-handling skills Willing to work in shifts

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
