Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and delivery

targets.


Operate and troubleshoot VMC, CNC machines; oversee programming and setting

processes.


Interpret and work with engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing

specifications.


Ensure optimized use of manpower, machines, and materials to maintain high

productivity.


Coordinate with the design team using SolidWorks for model reviews, design

validations, and manufacturability.


Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and

quality enhancement.


Monitor machine maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime.


Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.


Maintain accurate production reports and documentation for audits and process

analysis.


Guide and support production staff; provide training where required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


Fresher of relevant experience in a manufacturing/engineering setup.


Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with VMC and CNC operations.


Basic Knowledge Of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD tools.


Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.


Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.


Good interpersonal and team management abilities.


Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,895.90 - ₹20,624.57 per month
