Production Engineer - Machine Shop

Location: XL Plastics Machinery Pvt. Ltd. R.S. No. 442-452, NH-08, Behind Galaxy Hotel, Por - 391243, Vadodara District, Gujarat Industry: Machinery Manufacturing

Production Engineer - Machine Shop

Education:

Diploma / BE - Mechanical Engineering with CNC & VMC Machine

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in

Diploma / BE - Mechanical Engineering with CNC & VMC Machine

Job Location:

Por, Vadodara

Individual machine's shortages received from planning and base on these shortages planning on individual machines.

Check raw material and if not available indent RM.

If RM available, then plan on individual machine as per planning priorities.

Work shop PO received from purchase as well as service PO.

Base on service PO priorities plan on machines.

Daily arrange material for plating, painting and stores after manufacturing process completed.

Co-ordination with purchase, stores & QC.

Daily co-ordination with QC for drawings.

All the work shop PO process stage from RM to finished product to stores or assembly in the system.

Co-ordination with assembly team.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Candidate must familiar with conventional machines, CNC machines VMC machine

Working knowledge of Tally and ERP

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Excellent team development

Preferred: Experience in machine manufacturing or engineering manufacturing
