Job Title: Production Engineer (Cable Industry)Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Production Engineer

experience in the cable industry

to manage and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cable manufacturing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement. This role involves overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality and safety on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, evaluate, and enhance production processes, specifically within cable manufacturing. Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line to minimize downtime. Assist in planning and executing production schedules to meet targets. Ensure products meet all quality standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with design, quality control, and maintenance teams for seamless production. Conduct process analysis and suggest improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance. Enforce health and safety protocols as per industry standards. Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the cable manufacturing industry is required.

Strong knowledge of cable production processes, machinery, and quality standards. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Proficient in MS Office and production planning software. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of industry safety regulations and practices.
