The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production activities in the electronic assembly unit. This includes overseeing PCB assembly, wiring, testing, calibration, and packaging processes while ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years in electronics manufacturing / assembly / testing.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of SMT/Through-hole assembly processes.
Understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and test procedures.
Experience with soldering, wiring, and rework.
Familiar with test jigs, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
Exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / IPC standards preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Team leadership and coordination capabilities.
