Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations in the UPVC & Aluminium unit. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials. Maintain product quality standards to meet company and customer expectations. Plan and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues. Enforce safety and quality guidelines across production processes. Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation. Support management in process improvement initiatives. Build product knowledge to prepare for future customer-facing sales responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline. 2-3 years of production experience (preferably in UPVC/Aluminium fabrication or similar industry). Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional coordination. Flexible and open to transitioning into a Sales Engineer role in the future.
Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in UPVC/Aluminium fabrication units. Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Commitment to timelines and organizational goals.
