Job Description

Production Engineer and Supervisor

Develop and implement production schedules.

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Work with quality control teams to ensure products meet standards.

Investigate and solve quality issues or defects.

Ensure equipment is running efficiently and schedule preventive maintenance.

Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of production machinery.

Supervise shop floor staff and ensure smooth workflow.

Provide technical support and training to operators.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Coordinate with procurement for raw materials and parts.

Monitor inventory levels to avoid production stoppages or overstocking.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.

Maintain documentation related to processes, materials, outputs, and downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
