: Production Engineer

Experience:

1-3 Years

Nagpur (Only local candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities Ensure production targets are met as per quality and delivery standards Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and design teams for smooth operations Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity Maintain production reports, documentation, and daily logs Monitor machine performance and assist in troubleshooting issues Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines Support new product trials and production setup

Required Skills:

1-3 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing operations Good knowledge of machine handling and production processes Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen (preferred) Ability to read engineering drawings Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, documentation) Good communication and problem-solving skills Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering
