Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

- Implement and optimize production processes for hydraulic and lubrication systems.

- Prepare and monitor production schedules, material planning, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams for seamless production f low.

- Identify areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation in SAP.

- Conduct root cause analysis for any production downtime or quality issues.

- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in SAP (PP/MM/Production Planning modules preferred)

- Knowledge of hydraulic and lubrication systems manufacturing preferred

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Hands-on experience in assembly line operations and CNC/lathe machines (if applicable)

- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
