Job Description

We are seeking a motivated

Production Engineer

with up to

3 years of experience

to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in our HVAC production facility. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily production plans as per work orders and schedules Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and quality departments Monitor manufacturing of AHUs, ducts, panels, coils, and HVAC assemblies Ensure adherence to production drawings, specifications, and SOPs Track manpower, machine utilization, and productivity Identify and report production issues, delays, or bottlenecks Support implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices Maintain daily production reports and MIS Ensure safety, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor Assist in inspection, testing, and dispatch activities Support continuous improvement initiatives

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
