Responsibilties

Performing time study & motion study of each individual processes to reduce or eliminate NVA's

Preparing daily & monthly production report which involves line efficiency, stability etc. Analyzing the present trends on production Efficient daily load planning Giving daily production target and following of its achievement. Leading the layout optimization projects Leading the projects on IOT implementations, digitalizing the system & technology upgradation. Managing process documentations Designing standard operating procedures to avoid occurrence of unevenness in process. Training staffs for new processes and providing instructions
Pre-requisties

Bachelor's degree/ Master degree in Industrial engineering or related field required.

Relevant work experience Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Documentation and organization skills. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.65 - ₹40,000.83 per month
