We are looking for a 0-2 years Experienced motivated Production Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, ensuring product quality, identifying process improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
>Monitor day-to-day production operations and ensure targets are met.
>Support in planning, scheduling, and executing production activities.
>Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
>Work closely with quality, maintenance, and design teams to resolve production issues.
>Maintain production reports, documentation, and records.
>Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
>Assist in root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
>Participate in new product trials and line setup activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering fields.
0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role (freshers can apply).
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Basic knowledge of tools like MS Excel, ERP systems .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
