Responsible for

- Manufacturing operations at the plant

- Customer order fulfillment

- Meeting regulatory requirements

- Compliance to Health, safety and environmental guidelines

- Meeting Quality standards

- Compliance to process standards

- People management

- Regular upkeep and maintenance of facility

- Documentation of processes per SOP

- Operations cost control

- Materials Management

- Inventory control

- Periodic daily/weekly/ monthly reports on operational parameters as above

- Continuous improvement

- Procurement management

- Vendor scheduling

- Quality conformance of Vendors

- Internal and external communications

- Receipts, Issues and dispatches

- Logistic management

General Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelors in Engineering with 5 years experience in manufacturing or Diploma in Engineering, (in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or in pharmacy from a recognised institute and shall have the experience of not less than 7 years in manufacturing

Other Requirements:

- Experience in Implantable or orthopedic devices is a big plus

- Knowledge of clean room protocols and standards and exposure to working in clean room environment

- Exposure to ISO 13485

- Knowledge and Exposure to MDR 2017 guidelines

- Very high commitment to Quality

- Very high commitment to regulatory and HSE compliance

- Team player and good communication skills.

- Ability to interact with vendors and be a go getter.

Pay: From ?550,000.00 per month
