Job Title: Production Planning and Control Engineer - Sheet Metal and BIW (Body in White) Manufacturing : Company Overview: GETS Automotives Pvt Ltd is a leading player in the sheet metal and BIW (Body in White) manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Production Planning and Control Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in sheet metal and BIW manufacturing, along with proficiency in Tally software. Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements for sheet metal and BIW components.

Utilize Tally software for accurate production planning, resource allocation, and inventory management. 2. Resource Optimization:

Plan and schedule production activities to optimize the use of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials. 3. Quality Control:

Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that production processes meet quality standards and specifications.

Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production cycle. 4. Process Improvement:

Continuously analyse and assess production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize production costs. 5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records using Tally software.

Generate production reports and performance metrics for review and analysis. 6. Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with production teams, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Address any production-related issues promptly to avoid delays. 7. Tally Software Expertise:

Utilize Tally software for efficient financial tracking, invoicing, and other relevant accounting tasks.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. 8. Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in production planning and control.

Attend relevant workshops, training, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Tally software for production planning and financial tracking.

Strong knowledge of sheet metal and BIW manufacturing processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
