Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Production Engineer (Fresher)

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily production operations and support production planning activities. Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 years of experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in a plant/factory environment and in shifts if required. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or production software is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Internship/training experience in a production or manufacturing setup. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
