As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous inspection, testing, and analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for mechanical engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in quality assurance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Identify and investigate quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures. Utilize quality tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken. Participate in supplier quality audits and supplier development activities to enhance product quality and supplier performance. Support customer inquiries and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety regulations, quality procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
