Production Engineer

Plant Head / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

Interpret and understand engineering and production drawings accurately. Execute production planning and scheduling to meet daily and monthly targets. Supervise a production team of approximately 20 workers, ensuring optimum productivity.

Technical Skills:

Operate and oversee tasks related to press tools and CNC press brakes. Apply sound knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.

Quality & Safety:

Conduct quality checks and implement control measures to ensure output meets standards. Enforce safety protocols and oversee daily shop floor maintenance.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process efficiency improvements. Coordinate with design and planning teams for production feasibility.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering 2-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, specifically with press tools and CNC press brakes Strong team handling and coordination skills Good understanding of production workflows and safety practices

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
