Job Title: Production Engineer

Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a production department, with a strong background in manufacturing processes and quality control. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met, and identifying areas for improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement production processes to optimize efficiency and quality Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Train production staff on new processes and equipment Maintain accurate production records and reports Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in production engineering


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 0-1 year of experience in a production department Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus
