Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and monitoring daily production activities Ensure production targets are met as per schedule Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and quality teams Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and downtime Support implementation of SOPs, safety, and quality standards Assist in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives Prepare basic production reports and documentation

Required Skills

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to work on the shop floor and coordinate with teams Willingness to learn machines, processes, and production planning Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering Candidates with up to 2-3 years experience can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
