Job Description

JD for Production Engineer:-

Planning and coordinating daily production processes and achieving the daily production target. Developing process improvements to effectively use materials and equipment Manpower planning cost reduction, Rejection control & Quality improvement projects, Kaizen implementation. Following product specifications and quality control measures RM issuing on production lines based upon the production planning Taking corrective and preventive actions to ensure no quality concerns Responsible for managing the production team, including training and development, performance monitoring, and ensuring a healthy working environment. Making sure that daily checksheets filling and data recording is getting done properly as per the process. Awareness of Quality standards, tools, work ides and safety.
Skillset Required:-

Proficient in MS office Basic knowledge of 7QC tools, Kaizen, 5S, CAPA, Poka yoke, 4M, 3M. ERP software experience is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria:-

B.tech/Diploma - Mechanical Engineering Exp.- Min - 2-3 years
Preferably from Injection Moulding Background

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
