Job Description
Job Responsibilities Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. Overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of production are running smoothly. Ensuring that safety standards are met in the production process. Monitoring quality control throughout the production process Job Requirement Degree in Engineering. Proven experience in the engineering field. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership abilities. Minimum 4 years of experience in rolling mill plant.
