To manage plastic injection molding operations, ensuring consistent quality, machine efficiency, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production activities and maintain process parameters.
Handle mold changeovers, machine setup, and defect troubleshooting.
Maintain production and quality records with downtime analysis.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for shift targets.
Guide operators to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Enforce 5S, safety, and workplace discipline.
Implement corrective and improvement actions for process efficiency.
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering.
Experience & Skills:
4-7 years in plastic injection molding (toy/engineering parts preferred).
Strong knowledge of machines, materials (ABS, PP, PC, Nylon), and troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret parameters.
Leadership and ERP/MS Office proficiency.
Familiarity with ISO and quality management systems.
