Job Summary:


As a Production Engineer at Titan, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of our watches and wearables. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and a passion for continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new products and processes Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Train and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively Maintain accurate production records and reports Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology to continuously improve processes and products Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations


Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the watches and wearables industry Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
