Monitor and achieve daily production targets
Improve process efficiency, line balancing, and productivity
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams
Reduce scrap, rework, and downtime
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and SOP standards
Support new product launches and process improvements
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Experience in mass production or assembly-line manufacturing
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and basic quality systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
