Key Responsibilities:- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities for manufacturing pallet racks, shelving, and related structures.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and machinery to meet production targets.
- Monitor fabrication processes (cutting, punching, welding, powder coating, assembly, etc.) and ensure quality at every stage.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and QA/QC teams for smooth workflow.
