Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day production operations of inflatable structures and safety equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per defence and industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan and control daily production to meet output, quality, and timelines

? Handle manufacturing processes like cutting, stitching, HF welding, thermo-sealing, bonding, assembly & pressure testing

? Coordinate with Design, QA, Procurement, and Maintenance teams

? Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and improve productivity

? Maintain production reports, shift records, and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

? Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Textile Engineering

? 2-6 years experience in manufacturing (inflatable products, technical textiles, defence or safety equipment preferred)

? Knowledge of stitching, sealing, composite fabrics, and pressure testing

Preferred Exposure

? Thin-walled / inflatable structures manufacturing

? ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 documentation & audits

? Defence, marine, aerospace, or disaster management industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
