Job Description

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project requirements

Coordinate manpower, machines, materials, and tools for fabrication activities Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved Minimize downtime and improve workflow efficiency Supervise fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly Ensure drawings, WPS, and specifications are followed accurately Optimize fabrication methods to reduce cost and cycle time Support new product or project setup and trial runs Ensure fabrication meets quality standards, codes, and customer specifications Coordinate with Quality Control for inspections and corrective actions Implement and enforce safety procedures on the shop floor Conduct root cause analysis for defects and rework Coordinate with Design/Engineering for drawing clarifications and revisions Work closely with Procurement and Stores for material availability Support Project and Planning teams for delivery commitments Prepare production reports and performance metrics Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and productivity improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to reduce scrap, rework, and material wastage Support process automation and technology upgrades
